Luz is our Chef and in charge of the kitchen administration.
She has extensive experience in the culinary field, especially in the administration of institutional and commercial canteens. Luz is a graduate in Gastronomy from the ARCAM Gourmet School. She also has a certification as a Batista from the Costa Rican Coffee Institute ICAFE.
Luz is highly committed to the recovery of patients, thus providing a balanced, nutritious and high-quality diet accompanied by good service and a smile.
