Client treatment information may only be shared with family members when the client has provided appropriate written authorization, unless disclosure is otherwise permitted or required by law.

Costa Rica Recovery uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information and personal health information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, loss, alteration, or destruction.
